Every visit concludes with documentation and clear next steps, including quotes for any recommended repairs.
- Change all pre-filters and air filters.
- Inspect all fan belts for tension and wear; adjust and replace as necessary.
- HVAC equipment inspection criteria are primarily focused on seasonal requirements.
- Check all HVAC equipment.
- Check all compressors, fans, blowers, bearings, shafts, pumps, hardware, and motors.
- Check all electrical devices.
- Check all controls and dampers.
- Inspect each unit for corrosion and general condition.
- Inspect the area around equipment for general condition and debris.
- Submit a report of operating conditions and services performed.
- Provide a written quotation for any repair work required.
